What’s your Turn Around Time (TAT)?

This all varies with the product. Most items are 7-10 business days on average. Preorders are listed on each item. The TAT starts at the time of ordering for Print on Demand items. For preorders, the TAT starts on the closing date.

Where are you located?

We are located in Long Prairie, Minnesota out of our home office. We offer pick up at both our home as well as another local business in Long Prairie for convenience. Want to meet in person? No problem! We would love to have a meeting with you!

What if I don’t know what I want?

No problem at all! We are happy to assist you in every step of the process. From the design, to product selection, we’ll let you be as involved or hands-off as you’d like!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer returns unless there is a manufacturing error. If you’re not sure what you’re wanting prior to ordering, we are happy to order in samples if it’s a product we don’t currently have a sample of!
